on 2010-06-04My order came with missing parts (must be the whole bag of nuts & bolts). I took everything out of the box & wraps, just to realize I couldn't put them together. The unit seems to be strong & well-made, though.

on 2010-02-28The plastic used to make this thing is cheap. One of the plastic pieces that you insert the handles in came broken out of the box. As I was trying to put one of the screws in, I realized that this plastic piece that goes inside the frame is not lined up correctly with the hole in the frame, and the same piece was broken. I looked in the box thinking that I might be able to just glue the thing together, but all I found was small smashed pieces of plastic.
I wounder that if this piece came broken out of the box then how would it hold the weight and movement as you use the machine. Simply I wouldn't trust this machine to hold me upside down and snapping under my weight, even though I'm just 170lb.
Amazon is amazing, they've took it back at no cost to me, no questions asked.
