Product Details
Product DescriptionInversion therapy counteracts the forces of gravity on the body (particularly the back) by decompressing and elongating the spine. Not only can this relieve pressure on your spinal cord's ligaments and nerve roots, but it can also relax the back muscles that support the vertebrae. And when your back relaxes, the rest of your body invariably follows. The Body Max IT6000 Inversion Therapy Table can make a great addition to your daily routine, and help to improve your circulation and posture while relieving muscle aches, back pain, and stress. The IT6000 is easy to adjust, with a deluxe dual-pin system that lets you quickly find the right position (within a height range of 4' 8" to 6' 3"). It's also a breeze to use: once you rest your body against the pad and lock your feet behind the ankle supports, you simply reach your arms over your head. As your arms go up, your body will gradually invert until you're almost completely upside down. The only inputs are your energy and gravity itself. Construction features include a lower spring-loaded pull pin that allows for easy ankle adjustments; four safe and comfortable foam rollers; U-shaped handrails; a safety strap that lets you control the desired inverting angles; and a safety lock for when you aren't using the table. The IT6000, which folds for easy storage, will support up to 250 pounds.

I am constantly trying to bend and stretch to snap bones back in place. The first time I used the inverter I felt my back pop and then relief.I use this everyday for 5 minutes and finding it really works great.I think it has unpinched the nerves in my back and neck. The more I use it the better I feel. I was suprised to see how well it is built, doesn't take up a lot of space and it was priced reasonably.I would highly recommend this product. Rated Got this 3 days ago and had it assembled in about an hour, well made except the nylon strap broke where it joins with a metal clip after the second use. Company responded to my email and promtly and sending a new one. The unit does seem to make my lower back feel better and I can feel the joints freeing up after tilting 60 degrees. For under $100.00 it's worth a try if you suffer from lower back pain. Rated after receiving this , i do 2 times 5 minutes a day , no more visits to the chiropractor , this thing paid for it self over and over Rated It works great and is a great help. I wish the strap between the rotating table and the cross bar could be better designed. Also the fit for the components around the foot area are loose so they wobble a little. It works great though. Rated I wasn't expecting too much for 1/4 the price of a name-brand unit, but it exceeded my expectations. Build quality is more than adequate for frequent home usage, with all structural parts of thick steel. Goes together fairly easily, with reasonably clear instructions. My leg & lower back pains are immediately reduced upon use of this table. A few minor complaints, easily over-looked at this price: - Should've included a couple cheap-o wrenches to assemble the numerous sizes of bolts/nuts. - Safety lock is a joke. (NOT the adjustable strap, which is fine) Requires a wrench to attach or detach. Likely a last-minute add-on to meet a minimum safety standard. - The "grip tape" pads on foot rests are low-quality and started peeling immediately. Similar Products
