More importantly, the inversion system is a breeze to use: once you rest your body against the nylon backrest and slip your feet into the ergonomically molded ankle cushions, simply reach your arms over your head. As your arms go up, your body gradually inverts up to 90 degrees. The only inputs are your energy and gravity itself.
Users will also appreciate the tough rubber non-skid floor stabilizers, which keep the table stable while you invert, and the extra-long safety handles, which provide an easy return to an upright position. Other details include a height-adjustable frame up to 6 feet 6 inches; support for up to 350 pounds; vinyl safety side covers to protect hands and fingers; three starting inversion angles; and a patented, palm-activated adjusting ratchet ankle locking system. on 2010-09-01I used this table at my brothers home a few times while visiting and noticed something in the spin like it was doing some good. I kind of thought it was a silly thing to do and some toy how can this help you. WELL I ended up buying one and the results are unbelievable. I use to have neck pains and pinching in my shoulder blades and even migraines. I dont get any of these any more and have had this unit for some time. I started off using it only a few seconds to get use to being upside down. Now I am on this several times and day for up to 5 minutes. If I feel a migraine coming on I get on this throughout the day and goes away and that has never happened to me before. All the neck and should blade pains are non existent. I am a believer and I did the research and this is the best for the price. I think this one has the best foot holder of others units and very comfortable. My wife is very thin and she uses it no problem also and it help her should and neck pains which in the past took 3 days to work its way out. Now with her using this table that day is mostly gone all the pain.

on 2010-08-30This product is built extremely well and the quality is excellent. It is everything it is advertised to be; unusual in today's world! It is easy to adjust the balance and the angle of inversion. The ratchet-type ankle lock is great and easy to use. This is a great inversion table at a very reasonable price.

on 2010-08-24I'm not one to write reviews or rave about a product, but this inversion table is of excellent quality. Very strongly built, no cheap parts. It went together easy and it works like a champ. Very impressed with this product, especially at the price. great value.

on 2010-08-23I just recently received this inversion table.. Shipping was WAY faster than it originally said!! (thumbs up for that!!) It took me about 30 minutes to assemble it completely, using the tools that were provided in the box.. The back support of the table has memory foam, also a lumbar support pillow that can be easily attached or removed.. I have used an inversion table in the past, everyday for about 6 months, but that was when I lived with my uncle. The quality of THIS table is BETTER than the one my uncle owns.. Much more comfortable and a more stable feeling to it.. I believe my uncle paid nearly $300 for his inversion table, which is of lesser quality, and I got this table for $199.. I am VERY satisfied with the overall construction/stability/ease of assembly, etc. So far I've used it every day for the past few days, about 10 minutes in the AM, 10 minutes before bed.. I prefer to be fully inclined, it feels GREAT on the back!!! With the included adjustment strap, you can adjust how far you invert.. (most people need to work their way up to being fully inverted)
Note: using this thing in the morning makes you feel great for the rest of the day!! Use it before work, school, etc, and you will feel great all day.. It makes you feel as if you are energized and ready for the day!! THEN, use it at night right before climbing into bed!! You will sleep great!!
