Product DescriptionThe Dyna-Flex Powerball makes the cover of Time magazine as one of their top 10 digital devices of the year. It features a balance rotor and removable top cap, which allow insertion of the optional digital speed meter. Generates from 32lbs to 35 lbs of torque when speeds of 9,000 - 13,000 RPM's are reached. The ultimate in engineering design, featuring the same user-friendly features as the Dyna-Flex Pro Plus but incorporating an on board generator. By activating the gyro, a dynamism (motion) is created, which will activate LED lights, located in the interior of the gyro. The faster the unit runs, the brighter the lights will be until the whole hand is engulfed in a bright glow. Just when you think you've seen it all, along comes the ultimate hand, wrist and arm Exerciser, the Dyna-Flex Powerball.Product Features* Have fun while relieving carpal-tunnel and arthritis symptoms* Use as a strength and coordination builder Accessories
Customer ReviewsRated This is the one with a whitish band on top. I had numbness in my fingers because of constant keyboard usage. Using this regularly completely eliminated all pain. I think this particular model is pretty ideal - dont need anything more or with the dock or anything. Rated I just got my blue powerball today. Since I got it, about 4 hours ago, I haven't been able to put it down. Both of my arms are starting to get really tired now and I'm getting a blister on my left pinkie but I can't help it. This thing is so addictive. When I first opened the package, I tried to follow the instructions on how to get the powerball going without using the starter string but I couldn't do it. Even after watching the instructional video and seeing the creepy mustached muscle man do it so easily, I couldn't get mine going. I was beginning to think mine was defective. But then I tried using the string and it started up very quickly and easily. Once it gets going, it's not hard to keep it going and make it go faster and slower. You can even change the direction of rotation of the gyro from clockwise to counter-clockwise and vice versa. The LED lighting puts on a real show especially in the dark...very futuristic looking. I think that's one of the reasons why I can't put it down. It took a few hours but now that I've got the hang of it, I've been able to start it just by using my thumb! For some reason, I can do this much easier holding the powerball in my left hand even though my right is the dominant hand. I haven't had this long enough to know yet what value it has exercise wise. I certainly do hope it'll help with the tendonitis in my elbow. My arms do feel tired now, but it's not the same feeling that I get from working out with weights. I personally don't believe the guy in the instruction video got his muscles from just using the powerball. Nevertheless, I can see how regular use will strengthen your grip, wrists, and forearms. When I first ordered my powerball, I didn't think I'd need or want the optional RPM counter. But now that I got my powerball, I wish I had ordered it. I really don't need it, but I really do want it, just to see how fast I can get it going. I think I will be ordering the RPM counter, and maybe another powerball too. Rated This product takes some practice. The dominant side can work it easily but my offhand is much more difficult. With practice I'm sure it will improve Seems to really work the forearms and wrists. Rated I recently purchased a Blue Powerball and must say..this thing works. The 2 things this product helps me most...guitar and gaming. After using the powerball for a week or two, I started noticing increased endurance in my forearms and hands, and less cramping. It also helped with my speed too. The powerball has so many uses! Rated Well i bought this sweet little thing first, thinking it's kinda of a toy, but when i used, it JUST WARM UP AND STRETCH most of your forearm muscles and Fingers and almost everything in your hand. Well it's pretty cool for me as i'm playing Arm Wrestling, so this thing is just giving me powers with my fingers and Forearm and most of the wrist. It's cool i like it :D Similar Products |
