on 2010-06-14These people have a warranty for 60 days. There is no phone number and no customer service whatsoever. They will not respond to your emails.
That being said, I have purchased 2 of these, the cloth is SHREDDING BY ITSELF. I purchased them 7 months ago, and they are literally just falling apart. After 3 months, the color completely faded, after 7 months, the material simply started shredding. This is a horrible waste of money, looks great for 3 months, and after that, you might as well flush $200 down the toilet.

on 2010-04-25We have had two of these chairs for almost a year and love them. With all the different pillows supplied, if you can't get comfortable on this chair, you are never going to be comfortable on a beach lounger. Fantastic to lay on your stomach and read a book with. Very sturdy, that said, they are not the world's lightest chairs to haul around, but if you play around with how you carry them, you can find ways to lessen the load. I hate to admit that when you take them to the public beach, you sort of feel like George Hamilton, professional tanner.

on 2009-10-07we left our Ergolounger sit outside and the fabric deteriorated to the point of shredding. So, we got to use it only one season. I wouldn't buy another because of that.

on 2009-04-04Saw this in a catalog for 199. and paid half that on amazon. Very comfortable. Am a massage therapist and take it to use when the family gets together (better that the floor or the bed.) Found it to be sturdy, easy and safe to get on and off of.
