Each exercise ball comes with two plugs and an inflation adapter, along with the Thera-Band® Exercise Ball Guide Poster detailing 24 exercises. Choose the Thera-Band Exercise Ball that best suits your individual needs. Exercise Ball is made from a specially formulated compound that enables the ball to resist the tendency to burst when punctured. Included exercise guide illustrates correct positions for 24 exercises designed to increase flexibility, improve coordination and strengthen the abdomen, back, chest, arms, thighs, legs and buttocks. on 2010-08-20The ball came nicely packaged, but without the plug and the plug puller! If i didn't already have these items from a previously broken exercise ball from another company, this purchase would of had to been returned. The ball is a quality ball and very sturdy. Buyer beware.

on 2010-07-27I bought an exercise ball at a sports shop a few months ago and it was just massive, so I ordered this one hopping that it would be what I was looking for. And when it arrived and I got it inflated it was perfect. Using it just about everyday and I love it. My only complaint is that it doesn't come with a way to inflate it.

on 2009-05-21The thera band 45cm exercise ball is just what I needed. I have always worked with the 55cm, and it was not ideal. I am 4'10" and this is perfect. All of the exercises for toning and strenghtening are so much easier now that I have the right ball with which to work. Easy to follow inflation instructions and a clear and concise exercise program to follow.The recommended height/weight chart should be followed for the right fit.
