Customer ReviewsRated I have an old "fake" leather chair that still is in good shape except for the padding where you sit. All of the form is mashed down and very hard. I was planning on buying a new chair but decide not to spend $200 and to get this form instead, based on the reviews. It was pretty hard since half of the reviews like it, and the other half did not. Well, I got it today and here are my thoughts. The pad doesn't cover the entire seat which is fine with me. I saw the measurements and I knew it wouldn't cover the seat. For my seat, it leaves about 2 inches inch on the sides and 2 inches on the back, but its fine since I do not sit all the way back in the seat, and I'm not that big of a person, and don't really wiggle around so the sides not reaching the entire seat is fine for me. I'm 5'6 and about 150 lbs so the form itself is pretty comfy and doesn't compressed too much for me, probably about an 1 1/2 inch. It does raise me a little higher and now my feet aren't firmly planted on the flow but it's fine since I'm using a little footrest. I heard some people say it smells but mine does not smell at all. It does sit on the seat and does not move around at all. So far I like it since I didn't have to replace my chair, it's comfortable (will know more once I use it for hours at a time), and I hope this lasts for a while. Unless you want a form that covers an entire seat, you may want to look at the large forms but for me, it's well worth the price and I'm glad I bought it. Rated I love this seat cushion. I only wish it added a little more height. It is very comfortable and I'll probably order another one for the car. I've had back surgery and it helps make sitting for long periods of time more bearable. If it was a little higher, it would help even more. Most car seats (passenger side) are low and it makes sitting and getting in and out much easier. Rated This cushion was ridiculously small and didn't even fit my office mate's smaller chair let alone mine. I let my skinny teen neighbor try it out, and even she said it was so small and hard that it was cutting into the back of her thighs. It created about a dozen new pressure points when I tried it. On top of that, it's very thin and instantly compresses flat. Rated I'm not sure what kind of horrible chemicals Kensington uses, but I'm pretty sure they're giving me about 10 forms of cancer. I'm planning on throwing this thing out. The chemical smell just never goes away. Rated I have seen several incredibly comfortable office chairs for about $25. Who would pay this for a chair pillow?
