Word Prediction Software - Reduce Number of Keystrokes
Since Voice recognition may not always be a feasible solution for your workplace you may at least be able to reduce the number of keystrokes. The solution is Word Prediction Software:
when you type a letter, the software predicts what you might want to write and displays a list of possible words from which you can choose. When you see the word you want, you can choose it with a single keystroke or with the mouse.
Take a look at WordQ which offers a 30 day trial version.
