Well, the shape of the pen is what I'm after, but unlike the regular pens that this company sells, the highlighters don't have refills. Unfortunately, they run out very quickly. But I don't see any other choices on the market, so I bought a bunch of these. For anyone who has problems writing and/or holding a pen, this would be a good product to give a try. They are the only ones I am able to use comfortably.

I bought 2 pens in different colors and 2 of the highlighters and I use the highlighters often as they are a bit easier for me to use than the regular hightlighters are. I have nerve damage in my right arm and writing is hard for me; even a small amount will create discomfort/pain....this highlighter helps me quite a bit, but I also have to say that the pens were a disappointment. (See my review on the red pen).

This new addition to the line is a great fit. The form factor is great and it feels very comfortable.
