Rated on 2008-09-05 The exercise ball was as presented in the Amazon listing. Delivery was prompt. We are happy in all regards. Rated on 2008-08-25 Ths is a high quality exercise ball and is as good or better than the ones used in my physical therapy clinic. It holds its air well and is a great boon to me. I highly recommend this product. Rated on 2008-07-19 I have used Thera-Band balls for over 3 years and have never experienced a problem. The durability is vastly superior to the Wal-Mart/Target brands that do not cost that much less. The plastic hardware for filling/emptying works fine and the color chart showing an array of different exercises is helpful for beginners. A word of caution: follow the directions for filling your new ball using the two-stage process. It takes some time but it really helps preserve the final shape. Rated on 2008-05-31 I didn't buy this ball because I read other reviews that say that the ball arrives in a small envelope and yet they are trying to charge me $14 for shipping it. Seems ridiculous, even though this one seemed like the best choice for the money. Rated on 2008-03-31 I bought this item to help me with a new exercise plan. My personal trainer recommended I get one and had suggested I just to a local discount store and pick one up. However, a friend of mine had bought a ball that way for her son. She told me about a month later that the ball had leaked and her son didn't want to fix it, so it was tossed out. I have two cats and one of my fears with an item like this is thier front claws and curiosity. So, I decided to get a ball that was puncture resistant. This exercise ball was far superior to the one my friend had bought. This one feels very strong. My cats couldn't puncture it I don't think even if they tried. It does not loose air. (My friend also had to add more air at least once a week to the cheap ball she bought.) I hate the color orange and the picture showed that the 55 inch ball was red so I figured I was fine. Nope. It is bright orange. That is my only complaint.
