Rated on 2008-07-15 After years of playing all types of sports my husband has arthritis in one ankle. This ankle wrap is made of the same rubber type material that scuba suits are made of. It's thin and very flexible. It's comfortable, easy to put on and comes with flat ice bags that slip inside small pouches so they don't slide around while you put it on. The fit is snug so you keep the ice right where you need it. The ice bags stay cold and don't leak. It's a great product! I highly recommend it! Rated on 2007-12-31 got it for small ankle injury- works well -like the hole for the heel it makes it easy to wrap around- and the ice packs can be taken out of the wrapper so you dont have to store the wrapper in freezer too- i felt that the ice pack could be colder though-overall a good ice pack and you can take one ice pack out at a time if you dont need to use both
