Desk-trainer is a unique interactive, self-paced exercise program designed to relieve pains, aches & strains and to prevent Repetitive Strain Injury associated with the use of computers or any other repetitive activity. There are also exercise series for fitness and improved Quality of Life.
Exercises are an application of the Anat Baniel Method based on the work of Dr. Feldenkrais, the inventor of the Feldenkrais Method. Guided narrations and multimedia animations during the exercise allow users to be aware of the flexibility changes and reduction in pain or strain that occur between the beginning and end of each exercise . For a complete cycle of fitness, or pain relief of a specific problem area, the user’s progress is saved and the program can be continued upon each re-entry to the site.
