COMPUStretchTM's scheduled time and keystroke tracking systems work together, and one overrides in order to keep user breaks current. When it is time for a scheduled "micro break", an icon will appear and count down from 30 seconds with the option to START or SKIP the suggested exercise routine.

Users may select as many exercises as they prefer.
